Chubby gets his foot in the Regional Under 11 Football Championships!
Coming off the success of the inaugural regional Under 1o Football Championships held in Barbados last year, and the effectual rise in team interest as a result, the local under 11 Championships (2012) has benefited from an influx of new teams. On April 18th, Chubby had the honor of attending a very special charity event. In aid of the first ever Ms. T&T Differently-Abled Queen Show, a beauty pageant that will celebrate the True Strength & Beauty of children with physical disabilities on April 28th 2101, the Princess Elizabeth Centre hosted a preamble charity function. The day finally arrived! Chubby invited 8 of his new little friends to have a party with him after they won different categories in the Chubby Imagination Art & Craft Contest on Facebook. From the ages of 4 to 9 years old, children were asked to submit their drawings and craft to a Facebook competition for a chance to win a party day at Chubby’s New Inflatable Play Park. On Friday February 24th at the Trinicty Mall Atrium, owner of Chang’s Brothers Liqormart, San Fernando, chanced upon the winning key among 61 other hopefuls and opened the chest which held the key to the Audi in the grand draw.
